Moi Moi Glazed Salmon

This recipe is a simple yet elegant way to enjoy salmon. The rich, savoury Moi Moi Sauce creates a delicious glaze that caramelises as it bakes, adding a touch of sweetness and spice.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Moi Moi Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Moi Moi Sauce, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the salmon generously with the sauce mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and extra Moi Moi Sauce on the side.
