This recipe is a simple yet elegant way to enjoy salmon. The rich, savoury Moi Moi Sauce creates a delicious glaze that caramelises as it bakes, adding a touch of sweetness and spice.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup Moi Moi Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together Moi Moi Sauce, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the salmon generously with the sauce mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and extra Moi Moi Sauce on the side.
