Moi Moi Sauce Meatballs

These juicy meatballs are infused with the vibrant flavours of Moi Moi Sauce, making them a family favourite. Easy to make and perfect with pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Moi Moi Sauce
  • 200ml Passata
  • Cooked pasta for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  6. In a large skillet, heat the Passata and Moi Moi Sauce over medium heat.
  7. Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
  8. Serve the meatballs over cooked pasta, with extra Moi Moi Sauce on the side.
