These juicy meatballs are infused with the vibrant flavours of Moi Moi Sauce, making them a family favourite. Easy to make and perfect with pasta.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Moi Moi Sauce
- 200ml Passata
- Cooked pasta for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- In a large skillet, heat the Passata and Moi Moi Sauce over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce.
- Serve the meatballs over cooked pasta, with extra Moi Moi Sauce on the side.
