These Moi Moi Sauce Pulled Pork Sandwiches are a flavour explosion! The tender pulled pork is smothered in a rich and savory Moi Moi Sauce, then piled high on soft buns with a crisp and refreshing coleslaw.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder
- 2 cups Moi Moi Sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Coleslaw for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and smoked paprika.
- Place the pork shoulder in a Dutch oven or oven-safe pot.
- Pour the chicken broth around the pork and cover with a lid.
- Cook in the oven for 3-4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
- Mix the shredded pork with 1 cup of Moi Moi Sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on burger buns with coleslaw and extra Moi Moi Sauce on the side.
