Moi Moi Sauce Pulled Pork Sandwiches

These Moi Moi Sauce Pulled Pork Sandwiches are a flavour explosion! The tender pulled pork is smothered in a rich and savory Moi Moi Sauce, then piled high on soft buns with a crisp and refreshing coleslaw.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 2 cups Moi Moi Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Coleslaw for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, brown sugar, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the pork shoulder in a Dutch oven or oven-safe pot.
  4. Pour the chicken broth around the pork and cover with a lid.
  5. Cook in the oven for 3-4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  6. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
  7. Mix the shredded pork with 1 cup of Moi Moi Sauce.
  8. Serve the pulled pork on burger buns with coleslaw and extra Moi Moi Sauce on the side.
