Moi Moi Sauce Stir-Fried Vegetables

This vibrant stir-fry is a quick and easy way to enjoy fresh vegetables. Tossed in a rich Moi Moi Sauce, it's a burst of flavour and a perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Moi Moi Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli to the skillet.
  3. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together Moi Moi Sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through.
  7. Serve the stir-fried vegetables over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds.
